Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026. This policy explains how Vixqo handles information when you visit vixqo.com, run a free audit, join the waitlist, or use Vixqo’s connected organic-growth software.
Vixqo is built to operate on website and search-performance data. We aim to collect only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to submit, such as your work email address, the website domain you ask us to audit, waitlist information, support requests, feedback, and other information you send to us.
Free audit data
When you run the free Vixqo audit, we may process the public website address you submit and publicly accessible information from that site, including page metadata, headings, indexability signals, structured data, robots.txt, sitemap availability, and similar technical information. The audit is intended to analyze public web pages and does not require access to your private systems.
Connected product data
If you connect Vixqo to services such as Google Search Console or GitHub, Vixqo may process the data and permissions you authorize so the product can detect opportunities, prepare or execute permitted changes, verify production output, measure results, and maintain an audit trail. Depending on the integration, this can include search-performance data, site and repository metadata, file contents relevant to the connected website, commit or pull-request information, deployment context, and configuration needed to operate the service.
Vixqo is designed to use connected data for the user-facing features you authorize. We do not require you to grant broader permissions than the product needs to perform the connected workflow.
Usage and technical data
We may collect ordinary service data such as browser type, device type, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, IP-derived security information, error logs, and product events. We use this information to operate the site, understand product usage, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
Cookie and analytics choices
Google Analytics is optional on our public site. It is not loaded until you accept analytics in the consent banner. You can reject optional tracking or use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Essential security, account, and integration storage may still be used to operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the Vixqo website and product; deliver free audits; manage the waitlist and beta access; connect and operate authorized integrations; identify organic-growth opportunities; generate recommendations or proposed changes; execute actions you have permitted; verify deployments and production output; measure outcomes; provide support; improve reliability and product quality; secure the service; and communicate about Vixqo.
If you provide a work email during a free audit or waitlist signup, we may use it to send the requested result, follow up about Vixqo, or contact you about beta availability and product updates. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications when offered.
3. Automated processing and AI
Vixqo uses automated systems and AI to analyze websites, search-performance signals, repository context, and other authorized data. The product may generate opportunity scores, suggested actions, content or metadata changes, code changes, explanations, or measurement decisions. Some Vixqo modes are designed to carry out low-risk actions automatically under configured policies.
Automated systems can make mistakes. Vixqo therefore uses controls such as action policies, validation, production checks, approval boundaries, and rollback where available. You should configure permissions and review requirements appropriate to your website and risk tolerance.
4. How we share information
We may use service providers that help us host the website and application, run forms, process infrastructure, deliver email, provide authentication, monitor errors, analyze product usage, process payments, or support AI and data-processing features. These providers may process information on our behalf for the services they provide to Vixqo.
We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the rights or security of Vixqo or others, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Vixqo does not make your private connected repository or Search Console data publicly available as part of the service unless you intentionally choose to publish or share something.
5. Google and third-party integrations
If you connect a Google service such as Search Console, Vixqo accesses only the scopes you authorize and uses that data to provide the connected Vixqo functionality, such as detecting search opportunities, measuring outcomes, and showing relevant product results. Your use of Google or GitHub remains subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
You can revoke an integration through the relevant provider or through Vixqo when that control is available. Revoking access may prevent Vixqo from continuing features that depend on that integration.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, maintain required records, support measurement and rollback histories, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. Retention can vary by data type and whether you maintain an active account or integration.
When an integration is disconnected or an account is closed, some operational records may remain for a limited period where necessary for security, legal compliance, billing, auditability, backup integrity, or dispute resolution.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own credentials and for granting only the permissions you are comfortable giving the service.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to submit optional information, decline to connect third-party services, revoke integrations, or request that we stop non-essential marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information.
9. Children
Vixqo is a business software service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Vixqo evolves, including as new integrations, automation capabilities, billing features, or service providers are added. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make changes.
11. Contact
