Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026. These Terms govern your use of vixqo.com, the Vixqo free audit, waitlist and private beta, and any Vixqo software or connected services made available to you.
Vixqo is software that can analyze websites and, when you authorize connected integrations and automation, prepare or execute changes. You should configure permissions and approval boundaries appropriate to your site.
1. Using Vixqo
By accessing or using Vixqo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Vixqo on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You must use Vixqo lawfully and only for websites, repositories, Search Console properties, and other systems that you are authorized to access or manage.
2. What Vixqo does
Vixqo is autonomous organic-growth software. Depending on the product configuration and integrations you enable, Vixqo may analyze public website data, Google Search Console performance, site structure, repository content, deployment context, and related signals to identify opportunities; score or prioritize them; prepare content, metadata, technical, or code changes; create commits or pull requests; execute permitted actions; verify production output; measure results; and retain or recommend reverting changes.
The free audit is a limited public-site analysis. It does not represent a complete crawl, Search Console review, legal or accessibility audit, security assessment, or guarantee of SEO performance.
3. Automation modes and your authorization
Vixqo may offer modes such as Autopilot, Measured, Approval, Observe, or similar controls. If you enable a mode that permits Vixqo to make or merge changes, you authorize Vixqo to take actions within the scope and permissions you configured.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate permissions, protected areas, approval requirements, and integration access. Vixqo may use guardrails, validation, production checks, or rollback features, but no automated system can eliminate all risk. You should not grant autonomous write access to systems or content where you are unwilling to accept the possibility of an incorrect or undesirable change.
4. Connected accounts and third-party services
Vixqo may integrate with third-party services such as Google Search Console, GitHub, hosting providers, analytics services, email providers, or payment processors. You authorize Vixqo to access and use connected data only to the extent necessary to provide the features you enable.
Your use of third-party services remains governed by their terms. Vixqo is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, permission changes, data delays, or other events outside Vixqo’s reasonable control.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the websites, code, content, trademarks, and data you provide or connect to Vixqo. You grant Vixqo a limited right to process that material as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.
You represent that you have the rights needed to provide or connect that material and to authorize Vixqo to process it. You should not use Vixqo to copy, publish, or modify content in violation of another party’s rights.
6. Generated output and recommendations
Vixqo may generate code, copy, metadata, structured data, recommendations, classifications, scores, or other output using automated systems and AI. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for deciding whether output is appropriate for your business and for configuring whether particular classes of changes may execute automatically.
Vixqo does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, clicks, leads, revenue, or any particular search-engine outcome. Search engines, competitors, demand, site changes, and other factors outside Vixqo’s control can affect results.
7. Beta and launch features
Vixqo may offer private-beta, preview, experimental, or launch-pricing features. These features may change, be limited, experience interruptions, or be removed. During an early-access period, functionality, limits, integrations, and pricing may evolve as the product is developed.
Founding price $299 per site per month (regular $499). There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. The public site does not collect that payment; request access and any charge happens only after you agree to purchase. A public page does not by itself lock a price forever beyond what Vixqo states at purchase.
8. Fees and billing
Paid features are subject to the prices and billing terms shown when you subscribe or otherwise agree to purchase Vixqo. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide. Taxes may be added where required.
If a subscription renews automatically, you may cancel according to the cancellation options provided with the service. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase, charges already incurred are not automatically refundable.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Vixqo to break the law; gain unauthorized access to systems; distribute malware; interfere with the service; evade usage limits or security controls; scrape or attack systems in a manner that violates applicable rights or terms; impersonate others; or use Vixqo to publish content you do not have the right to use.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of Vixqo except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Vixqo intellectual property
Vixqo and its software, branding, product design, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Vixqo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Vixqo technology to you.
If you provide product feedback, you permit Vixqo to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Vixqo at any time. Vixqo may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect the service, address misuse, comply with law, respond to nonpayment, or enforce these Terms.
When your access ends, connected automations may stop operating. You are responsible for ensuring that your website and connected systems remain in an acceptable state after disconnection.
12. Disclaimers
Vixqo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular organic-growth result.
Vixqo is not a substitute for legal, tax, security, compliance, or other professional advice. Product recommendations should be evaluated in the context of your own business obligations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, search-ranking changes, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixqo’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Vixqo for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid Vixqo.
14. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update Vixqo and these Terms as the product changes. If we make a material change to these Terms, we may provide notice through the site, product, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact or support channel provided on vixqo.com.
